We gladly welcome vendors at all of our seminars. At each seminar, we have scheduled breaks throughout the day that provide time for vendors to interact with our attendees.
Whether our vendors are pharmaceutical representatives, financial planners, recruiters, mortgage brokers, tax advisors, travel agencies or product dealers, they all enjoy the relaxed, casual atmosphere at LACES seminars that promotes meaningful conversation.

LACES is proud to offer incredible value for both our attendees and exhibitors. In 2025, our seminars saw an average attendance of 105 CRNA attendees. Our company is proudly CRNA-owned and family-owned. We promote a casual atmosphere at our seminars and offer a vendor punchcard giveaway to encourage our attendees to visit with exhibitors during breaks and before and after the daily lecture schedule. You can find detailed outlines of lecture schedules for each seminar, complete with break times, on our website. Exhibitors may perform their own lead generation efforts (giveaways are encouraged) as attendee contact information is not provided by LACES.
Sponsorship Levels
ELITE SPONSOR – Elite sponsors will receive: Your company’s sponsorship of a coffee break, booth space, three (3) exhibitor passes, a full page ad in the program packet, an ad on the LACES event webpage, an ad in the morning slideshow on each day of the meeting, and podium recognition immediately preceding your sponsored coffee break.
PREMIUM SPONSOR – Premium sponsors will receive: Booth space, two (2) exhibitor passes, a full page ad in the program packet, an ad on the LACES event webpage, and an ad in the morning slideshow on each day of the meeting.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS: Vendors exhibiting on BOTH Friday and Saturday will receive their Sunday booth space FREE!
