Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals has extended a 10% discount on condo rentals to LACES attendees. They manage the Phoenix East which is directly next door to the Perdido Beach Resort as well as Phoenix East II and Phoenix VI-VIII. The Caribe Resort, located 1.3 miles eastward from the Perdido Beach Resort, has offered a generous discount to LACES attendees. Units in The Caribe are privately owned with varying prices but on average, with our discount (only applicable to a minimum of a 3-night stay) you can expect to pay $216.75 per night for a 2BR/2BA unit, $275.75 per night for a 3BR/3BA unit and $301.50 per night for a 4BR/3.5BA unit while availability lasts.
